I think that it is Sunday, not technically Monday, and I am in my room looking at the time before me. Very few days remain before I depart - Saturday is my final day in the US for the next six months. I have this week to buy supplies, pack, complete some coursework for my English teaching certification, and finish saying my goodbyes. I keep saying that I should have allowed myself two weeks.
But of course that would never have worked - I'd be missing Brazilian Carnival by a single week! So I will move quickly and deal. In one year it will have been worth it.
